What's the gig about? 🎨
- Understand user needs and create effective designs for our websites, intranet, and digital products
- Conduct usability testing (both moderated and unmoderated)
- Design precise components in Figma for our Design System
- Collaborate with UX researchers and content designers
- Transform complex info into simple user flows
What we're looking for:
- Experience in planning and conducting user testing
- Skills in visualizing test results (e.g., affinity maps, user journey maps)
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Figma wizardry 🧙♂️
