We're looking for a Broadband Technical Support Specialist to join our XLN for Small Business brand. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Providing exceptional customer service - going above and beyond for our clients
- Upselling products and services like a pro
- Explaining complex tech stuff in simple terms
- Configuring and supporting routers
- Troubleshooting wired & wireless technologies
- Understanding IP Networks and how they deliver broadband services
What we're looking for:
- 1+ year of technical support experience (but passion is more important!)
- A logical problem solver who's flexible in their approach
- Knowledge of ADSL, Fibre, home networking, and broadband tech
- Excellent people skills and customer empathy
- Someone who thrives in a fun, social, vibrant team environment
