Job Description

Join the SKANSKA Team as a Helpdesk Administrator! 🖥️🛠️



Hey there! We're looking for a friendly face to join our awesome Helpdesk team at SKANSKA. We're all about building a better society, and we need your help to keep things running smoothly at the Ministry of Defence Northwood HQ site.



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Answering calls and emails super fast (within 12 seconds!)

  • Logging issues in our cool CAFM system

  • Keeping track of vehicles and accommodation keys

  • Being the go-to person for all sorts of queries



What We're Looking For:



  • Someone who's great with customers and can juggle multiple tasks

  • A cool cucumber who stays calm under pressure

  • Tech-savvy folks who can pick up new software quickly

  • Team players who are happy to work with all ranks



Heads up: This is a shift work position, including days, nights, and weekends. We're keeping things running 24/7, 365 days a year!
