What you'll be doing:



  • Shaping the visual direction for multiple product features

  • Partnering with various Art Directors to create awesome game art

  • Leading a team of talented artists and keeping them motivated

  • Ensuring our art meets Riot's quality standards

  • Fostering a diverse and inclusive team environment



What we're looking for:



  • BA in Game Art Development (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of industry experience

  • 4+ years of management experience

  • A passion for creating amazing player experiences
