The DEPARTMENT FOR CULTURE, MEDIA AND SPORT is on the hunt for a Deputy Parliamentary Clerk to join their awesome team in Manchester! 🎭🏛️



What's the gig about?



  • You'll be supporting the Parliamentary Clerk in managing a high-performing team

  • Providing top-notch parliamentary support and procedural advice

  • Line managing two Assistant Parliamentary Clerks

  • Leading key operational processes



What we're looking for:



  • Excellent relationship-building skills

  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities

  • Great communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Political awareness and good judgment

  • Experience in government or with Parliament
