As the BPI Lead, you'll be the driving force behind transforming how we deliver exceptional service. Here's what you'll be up to:
- Be a strategic mastermind: Lead crucial Customer Service Roadmap programs
- Innovate like a boss: Design and pilot new processes
- Play well with others: Collaborate across teams to create awesome solutions
- Crunch those numbers: Use data to drive meaningful improvements
- Make it happen: Lead Lean Six Sigma projects and implement sustainable solutions
What we're looking for in our dream candidate:
- Industrial Engineering background (or something similar)
- Proven expertise in Business Process Improvement
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification (non-negotiable!)
- Analytical skills that would make Sherlock Holmes jealous
- English proficiency that would impress Shakespeare
