About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing FMCG business that's skyrocketed from 30 to 300 employees in just a few years. They're a top player in OTC medicines, wellness, personal care, and beauty products.

What You'll Do

• Lead the global logistics network and optimize distribution worldwide


• Manage stock across all logistics steps


• Own the logistics budget and P&L


• Lead customer supply & logistics teams globally


• Negotiate with 3PL vendors and manage their performance


• Build relationships with key stakeholders

What You'll Need

• 7+ years in Supply Chain / Logistics experience in beauty / FMCG


• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel


• Strong stakeholder management abilities


• Experience with 3PL warehousing management


• ERP system knowledge (implementation experience is a plus!)
