We're on the hunt for an Insurance Operations Manager to join a Global Insurance organization in Dublin! 🌍
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Achieving quality, productivity, and cost objectives
- Supporting the implementation of business strategy
- Being the go-to person for all things underwriting
- Keeping the big bosses in the loop with regular reports
- Helping transition tasks from underwriting to local operations teams
- Performing audits and quality checks
- Making our processes smoother and more efficient
- Getting involved in cool projects and programs
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a similar role in the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of underwriting and insurance systems
- Team management skills
- Great communication and customer service abilities
This is a temp position with the potential to go permanent, and we're offering a flexible salary based on your experience. You'll be working in a hybrid setup, with 3 days on-site in South Dublin.
