Hey there! We're looking for awesome Help to Claim Advisers to join our dedicated team. Here's what you need to know:




  • What you'll do: Help first-time Universal Credit claimants through video, phone, and digital channels

  • Where you'll work: Flexible combo of home and office

  • What we need: IT-savvy folks with great communication skills

  • Bonus points: Experience in welfare benefits advice (but we'll train you too!)

  • When you'll work: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (30-37 hours per week)
