Hey there! We're looking for an awesome Production Supervisor to join our team at STERLING ENGINEERING LTD - IRELAND & EUROPE in Shannon, Co. Clare. We're all about making super precise metal components and assemblies, and we need someone like you to help keep things running smoothly!
What You'll Be Doing:
- 👥 Leading the team: You'll be working with other supervisors to manage staffing and keep everyone on track.
- 🎯 Meeting targets: We've got KPIs to hit, and you'll be the one making sure we get there!
- 🛠️ Problem-solving: When issues pop up (and they will), you'll be the go-to person for fixing them.
- 📊 Improving processes: We're always looking to get better, and you'll be a big part of that.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in manufacturing - bonus points if you've been a leader before!
- Great communication skills - you'll be talking to everyone from team members to managers.
- Problem-solving pro - we need someone who can think on their feet.
- Detail-oriented - in our business, the little things matter!
