What you'll be doing:
- Receivables: Processing daily receipts, reconciling client accounts, and handling invoice processing and collections
- Contractor Payments: Preparing payments, checking GST changes, and verifying bank account details
- Payables: Managing supplier invoices, including Visa and staff expenses
What we're looking for:
- At least 6 years of financial accounting experience
- Sharp eye for detail and numerical accuracy
- Excel wizard (intermediate level)
- Great communication skills
- Knowledge of NZ accounting, tax, and compliance requirements
