What you'll be doing:



  • Chatting with customers via phone, email, or live chat to solve their problems

  • Becoming a product expert to answer all sorts of questions

  • Keeping an eye on accounts and gently reminding clients about payments

  • Building awesome relationships with our customers



What we're looking for:



  • A high school diploma (bachelor's degree is a bonus!)

  • Some experience in customer support or similar roles

  • Great communication skills and problem-solving abilities

  • Tech-savvy with customer support software

  • Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
