Hey there, finance whiz! Are you ready to dive into an exciting role with a leading pool construction and landscaping company? We're on the hunt for a savvy Finance & Payroll Officer to join our bustling office for 22.5 hours a week. 🏊‍♂️

What You'll Be Doing:

• Mastering the weekly payroll dance 💃


• Crunching numbers for employee terminations and lodgements


• Welcoming newbies and handling their paperwork


• Juggling petty cash and end-of-year balancing acts


• Keeping our apprentices on track with their incentives and reimbursements


• Data entry ninja skills in MYOB


• Playing detective with invoices and reconciliations


• Chasing down those pesky debtors (nicely, of course!)


• Preparing BAS and IAS like a pro


• Keeping our insurance game strong


• Making sure our suppliers love us


• Occasional office superhero duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

• At least 3 years of high-level payroll experience


• MYOB wizard (3+ years)


• Microsoft Office ninja


• Super organized and deadline-driven


• Eagle-eyed attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills


• AR and AP experience


• Insurance know-how

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Xero and QuickBooks skills


• Government incentive and TAFE reimbursement experience


• Construction industry background


• Buildertrend software familiarity
