Are you ready to lead the technical direction of a brand-new game studio? ELECTRIC SQUARE IRELAND is looking for an experienced Technical Director to join as a founding member and help build a world-class team in Dublin! 🚀
What you'll do:
- Guide all technical aspects of the game studio
- Mentor and manage engineering and IT staff
- Collaborate with recruitment to build an awesome team
- Work with studio directors and other Electric Square studios
- Perform technical due diligence for clients and projects
What we're looking for:
- 5+ shipped titles (2+ as lead)
- 10+ years in the games industry
- AAA experience required
- Expertise in various technologies and platforms
- Experience with Unreal Engine (Unity a plus!)
