We're looking for a talented Design Coordinator to be part of our exciting building project in Donegal. This role is perfect for someone who loves managing design processes and collaborating with various teams.
What you'll do:
- Work closely with our Design & Build team 🤝
- Manage project documentation and design delivery
- Chair weekly Design Team meetings
- Track design releases and schedules
- Oversee material and technical submittals
- Ensure compliance with project requirements
- Manage RFIs and keep the site team updated
- Assist with BCAR management and site inspections
What we're looking for:
- Great people skills and IT proficiency
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience in design management or site engineering (preferred)
- Knowledge of construction methodologies
