We're looking for a rockstar Lead, Strategic Management to join our team in beautiful Vancouver! 🍁



What you'll be doing:



  • Facilitating teams across the organization to develop awesome strategic work plans

  • Analyzing problems and finding creative solutions

  • Building relationships and collaborating with key partners

  • Translating complex ideas into clear, accessible language



What we're looking for:



  • Bachelor's degree in Health Admin, Business Admin, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare leadership

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills

  • Pro-level skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
