What's the gig about?

You'll be the right-hand person to the retail manager, helping run the show at one of our client's gaming clubs. Your main mission? Making sure customers have a blast while playing responsibly, and leading a small but mighty team to success!

What we're looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience as an assistant manager in retail or hospitality


• A knack for organizing and prioritizing like a pro


• Communication skills that would make a motivational speaker jealous


• Tech-savvy enough to handle MS Office and learn our systems quickly


• A natural coach who can bring out the best in your team


• Cool as a cucumber when handling tricky situations
