Hey there! We're looking for an awesome Customer and Brand Relations Associate to join our growing team at GREEN SALON, the UK's first sustainable lifestyle consultancy. 🌍
What You'll Be Doing:
- Being the superhero for our customers, helping them with their shopping needs
- Juggling tasks like managing complaints, organizing events, and keeping our CEO's calendar in check
- Building relationships with our 80+ brands and coordinating seasonal collections
- Spreading the word about sustainability and ethical luxury
Who We're Looking For:
- A multitasking wizard who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Someone passionate about making a difference and creating amazing customer experiences
- A team player with 2-3 years of experience and mad skills in G-Drive and Canva
This could be your chance to grow into a managerial role as we expand!
