Hey there! We're looking for a rockstar Global Events Specialist to join our team at HUNTRESS. If you love creating unforgettable experiences and have a knack for juggling multiple tasks, this might be your dream job!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Planning and running cool conferences and events (both in-person and virtual) 🌎
- Making sure everything runs smoothly - from picking venues to handling logistics
- Creating registration sites using Cvent (it's a must-have skill!)
- Managing budgets and keeping our vendors happy
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in events
- Awesome project management skills
- Someone who can work independently but also play well with others
- A pro at handling pressure and dealing with all kinds of people
- Experience with Cvent and virtual event platforms
