What's the gig about?
In a nutshell, you'll be our go-to person for all things Microsoft. You'll be maintaining and supporting Microsoft environments, sharing your expertise, and making sure everything runs smoothly. It's like being a tech superhero! 💪
Your day-to-day adventures will include:
- Keeping our Microsoft infrastructure in tip-top shape
- Being the guru everyone turns to for Microsoft-related questions
- Chatting with IT folks and business colleagues about tech stuff
- Solving tech puzzles (aka tickets) like a pro
- Keeping everything GDPR-friendly
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of Helpdesk experience (or something similar)
- A fancy degree in computer science (Level 7 or higher)
- Ninja-level skills in Microsoft environments
- A knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Zendesk, or JIRA
