What we're looking for:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support
- Excellent skills in desktop, laptop, and mobile device support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products
- Great communication skills in English (and local language is a plus!)
- A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work independently
